Here’s a small collection (only 2) of Texas Chainsaw Massacre videos I pulled from GooTube. As you can see from these videos there are two cool videos that have come out and they are movies that are scary and you should see them if you have not yet, especially with Halloween just around the corner. I love watching scray movies and these are some of my faves.
Posted a mere 16 hours ago on GooTube is this video of devnull128 hacking his iPhone v 1.1.1. and then playing some hot NES action, among other things to prove it’s really hacked.

In my autoblog travels this morning I found this GooTube video of two Lexus ISF’s drifting and burning out at Laguna Seca race track.
This video is significant because Lexus hasn’t really had an offering this powerful before and is expecting to compete with BMW’s M3, Audi’s R/S4 and various ‘hotted up’ offerings from Infiniti/Mercedes and others.
This V8 sedan will churn out 400+ horsepower from it’s 5.0 litre powerplant, and will row through 8 gears on it’s way to a reported (but false) top speed of 200 MPH with it’s 8-speed automatic transmission (say what?!?) The likely top speed will probably be somewhere between 150-175 is my guess, most likely limited to keep people from killing themselves and others.
Here’s some good Wiki information about the other good parts of the Lexus IS-F:
The IS-F promises 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) acceleration under 4.9 seconds.[15] The vehicle featured an 8-speed automatic transmission, a new sport version of Lexus’ electronic stability control system (Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management, or VDIM, featuring three distinct on-off modes), and was equipped with Brembo brakes stamped with the Lexus emblem.[16] Other design features included a four-passenger cabin with carbon-fiber panels, steering wheel paddle shifters, and 19-inch BBS forged aluminum alloy wheels. The vehicle body was lowered by 1 cm (0.5 inches) compared to the standard IS.[17] Noticeable about the IS-F’s design are its quad exhaust tailpipes comprised of two vertically stacked dual exhaust pipes on the left and right rear.
Inspired by my last article on Global Warming I scoured the web for for funny videos on the topic of global warming and found some of the best clips I’ve seen online in a long time. I searched YouTube, Google Video, Flurl, MetaCafe and found videos from Futurama, The Simpsons, Stephen Colbert, Will Ferrel and more. So without further adieu, here’s the list of 10:
1. Will Ferrel. This clip was featured in my last article but it’s so good it deserves to be posted again. Here’s Will Ferrel playing President George Bush talking about Global Warming.
2. Futurama. Global Warming or: None Like it Hot is a classic Futurama clip that I found on GooTube.
3. The Simpsons. I found this video at MySpaceTV (of all places) of Marge and Lisa getting a demonstration on Global Warming.
6. Stephen Colbert. The Convenienist Truth video is a great clip from Colbert. I wish I could find more Colbert material but Comedy Central isn’t very generous when it comes to allowing bloggers to embed clips (they’re using WMV streaming for crying out loud!).
7. Stephen Colbert. This is a rather low quality video (from WeWin.com via Flurl) of Stephen interviewing author Tim Flannery about his new book The Weather Makers. Colbert’s interviews are always good for a laugh.
8. Polar Bear. This is actually a commercial for Halls I believe, but it’s pretty funny and somewhat related.
9. Philip Walkate. I’ve never heard of this Duth comedian but here’s some stand up from him with some topics relating to Global warming.
10. Spinal Tap. This video is funnier for it’s Spinal Tap content but it’s related to Global Warming in that the band needs to reunite for the themed concert.
For some reason Rube Goldberg popped into my head recently and got me thinking there’s got to be some great video online of Rube’s famous machines and people inspired by them. I hit up YouTube for some action and found quite a nice collection of Goldberg respect.
1. The first Goldberg video is from Japan, and these machines are cooking Ramen.
2. This one is called “Rube Goldberg - Something for Nothing 1940″ and it’s pretty neat, starring Rube himself I believe.
3. Office Space Rube action here, this one is excellent although a little short. For once the video description is actually lengthy and informative and I shall quote it.
A friend and I decided to spend a night at my workplace assembling a contraption using supplies from the supply room and my basement. We started at 11p.m. on 6/26/05, and finished around 5:30a.m. This is take eight. Six of the eight worked. UPDATE: Thank you for all the views, everyone! A few quick answers:
-Haha, I didn’t get fired, this was done during non-business hours.
-The heavy breathing is me starting to laugh and trying my hardest to stifle it…I was one second away from busting out the whole time.
4. This 2 minute video is a commercial for Honda, and it exceptionally well done (a lot like their cars). It looks a little surreal (although they claim it to be legit), and I’d love to see it in HD but this GooTube video will suffice. The car that reveals at the end is a Honda Accord wagon.
Note: All of this commercial is real. The only thing “artificial” is the unnoticeable edit at the middle of the sequence. Reason for that is this whole course was too long for the studio.
5. More Japanese Goldberg action, it’s 4:23 long.
6. This clip is home made style (the way I like it), and features a 3:17 Rube Goldberg machine complete with Slinky action (talk about free time!)
7. This guy uses multiple pool tables in this Rube Goldberg Billiards/Dominoes video.
8. This next one is supposedly from a film that they want you to rent from Netflix? Errrr anyways it’s a great Rube Golberg video with lots of fire and flare, check it out.
9. Another homemade machine, with the submitter claiming “we didn’t cheat!”. Oh well, it’s a good clip.
10. Last but certainly not least comes the MythBusters and their Rube Golberg masterpiece (which took them a million takes). Explain away Adam…
