Where I live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts we have a plenty of oysters. I have eaten oysters ever since I was little and they are so very very tasty. The town that I grew up in is know for their oysters and they are shipped all over the world they are so popular. I have eaten oysters raw, fried and in a stew. My favorite being raw with some lemon and some nice strong cocktail sauce….mmmm tasty.
